The only thing that bothers me about XYBR is that they are announcing a deal that is in advanced stages. It is rare to acknowledge a deal until it is done and I am shocked that Big Blue is not griping about XYBR announcing IBM's plans ahead of time. It is hard enough for a little company to get one of these big behemoths to allow a PR for a deal that is actually signed. What is going on here? I sold most of my psoition at 4. Bought a little more under 3. Was hoping it would drop more before Comdex...
