Victor -
This is way cheaper than any comparable business computer. It does come with a keyboard and mouse (just checked the web site...) and CD drive along with the usual 3D graphics and audio.

The equivalent "value line" product with the same 500MHz Celeron processor from DELL is the Dimension L500c, which in the same configuration as the iPaq (i.e. no monitor, etc.) lists at $1077 with virtually the same features and configured with NT (free upgrade to Windows 2000). I just did this on the DELL web site - The Dimension is more than twice the iPaq price.

If you are willing to go with a slower processor you can get DELL's Dimension L433c which uses the 433MHz Celeron, for $990 so the Dimension in this case is still almost twice the iPaq price with a slower processor.

That is the "apples to apples" comparison. There are cheaper machines around, but they won't run Windows 2000 which pretty much takes them out of the game, certainly in the market the iPaq is intended to hit.
