Congratulations on another fine article. It will be amusing to watch your detractors try to smear another author and publication in their efforts to discredit you. All in all, I thought the article, albeit short, was good. I'll be looking for the magazine on the store shelves this weekend. Are there any pictures with the print copy of the article?

I'm not sure it's a case of SLAPP, so much as from my reading of Lokey's comments that they may really have had their pride hurt by the reaction to their aggressive tactics and that whole thing of the "Bidness Wire" modifications.

Lokey just comes off to me as just lashing out tantrum like with this suit. But I am no expert on the law. It just seems to me that silencing the incident is hardly the issue. Their actions have kept it alive in the public mind. I think any damage to their trademark as far as I am concerned is that they just seem mean-spirited and humorless.
