DCH Technology Nets $2.4 Million Fuel Cell
Contract
11/11/99 DCH Technology (DCHT) has received a $2.4 million
contract from a major fuel cell manufacturer, representing a
significant market opportunity for the company?s fuel cell business.
The manufacturer was not disclosed.

"This contract represents a significant market opportunity for DCHT
in fuel cells, whether they be used for industrial, residential, portable
or other power requirements," said Dennis Reid, DCHT's Director of
Sales. "In addition to this application, we currently have four
automobile manufacturers testing our sensors for use as a hydrogen
leak detector in their fuel cell vehicles."

Utilities, car companies and government agencies are investing
heavily in fuel cell technology and demonstrations to meet the
demands for efficient, clean power around the world. This selection
represents the creation of a de facto standard in the fuel cell industry
to use DCHT's hydrogen sensors as the embedded safety device,
Reid said.

DCHT Chairman David Haberman announced the contract
Wednesday, Nov. 10 at the Fall Equities Conference in New York
City, where he was a guest speaker. Haberman also discussed
some of the other accomplishments made by DCHT in the past year.
These include quadrupling the number of employees, tripling the
company's square footage and the sale of DCHT's first fuel cell
systems.
