I agree 100%; I was thinking along the lines of the "situation" of no 820 for the 733 CuMine. I think Barrett pushed too hard and jumped the gun. Maybe not. Was the product ready or did he find a yes man in engineering. Hindsight is 20/20, it was just a bad accident which Intel will work their way thru like they have in the past. Is RAMBUS ready or need more time? We hope another mistake isn't waiting to happen during these trying times.

I hope Jerry hasn't bit off more than he can chew in the presentation yesterday. Time will see if it is different this time. It doesn't make any difference what the analysts forecast for Q4. Zero is the estimate that counts. AMD has just made their own rope.
