you can flip without penalty. I would reccomend it if u think NCTR is hype and will go down then flip. Even if uthink it may hold flat at 20s I would reccomend u stay away from flipping because of 1.5 months for taxes (unless u are offsetting losses).
In my opinion NCTR is not a dog. Only negative thing is the market at peak but as a company I like it.
