OT ED,

Thanks. I just got my DSL today, and thoise sites are pretty cool. I asked Sal if ATHM is better than GTE DSL, and he said, "Absolutely!"

Broadband is sweet. If I only had cable modems available where I live, I'd like it even better.

Yow! That stuff is really lame. I looked at it for about 10 seconds and split. It struck me as completely retrograde in terms of utility ... just goofy effects without any improvement in visualization or navigation value.

There are plenty of models for rich representations of hyperspace ... why is Excite trying to reinvent this wheel ... and why, oh why, are they doing such a BAD job?
