CHTR....This month Paul Allen, 46, makes his boldest
move yet. In two years he has cobbled
together the nation's fourth-largest portfolio
of cable systems, serving 6.2 million homes
in the South, Midwest, southern California
and elsewhere. Now he is staging one of the
biggest initial public offerings on record,
hoping to raise about $3.5 billion for his
cable firm, Charter Communications. Allen
won't talk about it--he's still in an
SEC-imposed blackout period--but the
offering provides the best blueprint yet for
the emerging strategy of one of the world's
most enigmatic empire builders.

Hey stomper, I still have some friends in this stock on my recommendation so I hope it finally does succeed. I left the penny world long ago. The article did make me smile though. Thanks.
