Click on Asia. Does that help?

BigBull; Sorry I don't have it, and can't remember where I saved the
Japan demographic article about how WW 2 took out a very large
age group that left them with a gap in the retirement situation
and how that was the underling cause of their bear market hitting
when it did. It was well written and understandable.
They found themselves with many older people going into retirement
with half the next generation who could have supported that
retirement having died in WW2.
I suppose if we look at the larger picture "the demographics" of
retirement age vs new jobs and people to fill them is very
basic. I see a serious problem starting to hit us in that
department about 2007.

I have an APB out on all web sites that cater to the deep water oil industry or that have info on same. I am looking for the whole ball of wax:

1. Educational articles.
2. News Stories.
3. Technical papers.
4. Industry trends.
5. Pretty pictures.
6. Personal interest.
7. Gossip.

I am considering creating my own non commercial web site on the subject. It will largely be to better inform myself and to see if I've got "the right stuff" to design a site. It will first reside on my hard drive as my "home page" if I'm up to the task (I know Photoshop, Illustrator, and html) I'll go prime time. I'll be looking to use Metasteam from Metacreations to do 3 D work. Of course I'll probably have to learn Flash and Shockwave, whew, big project.

I would be extremely grateful if folks would send me links or pm any info you deem relevant.

TIA

I don't know what I'm getting myself into BULL. <g>
