JF, here's a few simple questions I would think most any SSFT investor (long or short) would want to know from the recent licensing deals that were omitted.

1. What material effect will these licensing deals have on revenues for ssft? and why weren't any of the licensing details included in the PR's?

One would think that if there was a significant material effect on earning and revenue that ssft would be realizing from these deals, they surely would have stated so in there PR's. So why not give full disclosure on the deal?

2. What would have a greater boosting effect on a company's stock that trades in the $2.00 range? A concise, fully disclosed PR stating all the material terms of any agreement the company enters into, or a series of vague announcements with the worlds largest software company and the worlds largest printing hardware manufacturer?

I think the answer to that one is obvious. Anyone remember Firstwave? (FSTW) Remember their licensing agreement with Microsoft? Remember who uncovered the material facts and what they meant to fstw? Less than $100,000 in revenue from a deal with msft that sent fstw stock from $1 7/8 to over $9 a share...

There is a great deal of information that is not included in either of ssft's PR's. As investors we should be asking why and uncovering these details rather than bickering among ourselves. Either way, weather the information benefits the longs or the shorts we all come out ahead by being better informed of what we are dealing with...

Peace
Jetter

Real simple. How much did MSFT or HP pay? Or how much did SSFT pay MSFT or HP? We cant get an answer from the company my guess is that it is less than 100k.
