I wouldn't say it show inexperience at all MSB. Covad is a relatively little known company. I just happened to attend a meeting in Seattle where I saw a presentation given by their management. They struck me as very sharp focused organization.

Increasing speed for online consumers is the next big wave about to hit in the next 2-3 years. ADSL, Cable, and other technologies are very close to an "inflection Point".

Web services is absolutely booming right now. Every company wanting to stay in business in the next decade better get a significant and serious presence online if they expect to be around. Amazon's move into the home improvement sector has sent a shock wave through corporate America. No company is safe! They have laid the gauntlet down and in effect said we want to be the Wall Mart of online commerce. It remains to be seen whether they will be singularly successful at it. But the near and long term effect will be for everyone to get E-commerce savy and in a big way!

Talent is in short supply. So the web-services company who have a proven track record will demand very high margins, at least for the next 2 years. SAPE should continue to benefit from the environment. Along with USWB, IIXL, VIAN, SCNT and even THNK.

The FED will likely remain quiet and not move rates. The market has already factored this in I believe. Who knows short term where we are headed. My guess is a lot of fluctuation with the trend still up.

Best, Michael

I wonder how many people picked up LEAF after Lizzie mentioned it about two weeks ago. I bought the day after she mentioned it, but got scared out after the bounce from 22 to 24 or so. Should have held onto that one a little longer.

Didn't you see I got stopped out too? Don't use stops thats my motto... oh except I never follow my own advice... :-/

The strange thing is I'm in all these b2bs and after getting stopped out of leaf it climbed faster than any other stock I have... :-(
