Minaturization of chips is a very critical issue with
existing chip technology. They are at the end of the line with existing chip technology after thirty years of
production. Moore's law has run its course. They have reached a point where they can no longer continue to shrink the size of their chips. (perhaps one last shot) This is not an issue for our OUM technology. Frankly I am surprised this discussion group is not aware of this. What I have just stated is a matter of public record. In fact, the latest
re-prints mailed out by ECD includes yet another excellent article on this very subject again from the New York Times.

Personally I am simply thrilled that Tyler has signed up
Lockheed Martin as our first royalty-bearing licensee.
Our technology does not require the mfg'g sophistication
of the current chip technology.

I'm looking forward to hearing of our next licensee's
and/or JV's.

Regards.
