Hello Martin,

I really liked the news on RED... and it is quite possible the stock will move to that level... but I want to know more on the status of the pilot project and marketing efforts. But it sure looks positive.

On BAY, I have no doubt that the guy from Nesbitt will cause some action... and his target of $5-$6 could well be on the low side if some events that I expect take place in the new year.

But I don't think this level is possible before 1Q2000. I am more looking at $4 before year end...then some consolidation and then in 1Q2000 a move higher. How much higher will depends on 3 things:

1) The results on the new exploration program that will tested two new zones.

2) results of the metallurgical tests. How high will they be ?

3) Will a takeover battle start between the PAA, CDE, SIL and other possible suitor.
