I felt this coming as well. I've talk to the broker which completed the placement and he happen to mention that the company had not returned his call for "6" solid days. If the company had not given a response,I thought something was wrong. I made my decision to sell. And what a good choice. I've talk to the company and "argued" about the share price being so low. It's too low and the only way out is an consolidation. If the Niblack funding does not happen we are having a 5:1 consolidation. The directors don't give sh!T about the share price since they get paid on options(even after consolidation).I'm hard on the company but I KNOW IT HAS THE POTENTIAL if they were to listen!!
The stock won't tank. The directors are covering their short. < I HOPE they have a back-up plan if the Niblack funding does not fall through >
