Thoughts on ssw? Cheap on a valuation basis at about 13x, plus $400 mm cash, but the systems management biz (veritas, emc, etc.) is gangbusters. Pink have thoughts?

An old friend is rearing its ugly head - Actrade. Somehow it has risen to 23 and change. Just reported earnings. Still looks like a scam. Greenberg of the Street.com is all over this stinky mess. He usually gets his man.

Thinking about going short. Any thoughts?
