Bob, With the proven ATM success and the probable success of LMDS and the growth expected for those markets, I can't believe that NN will rush to accept the first bid in the $30+ neighbourhood. ... unless it's vastly in excess of $30. On its own, I suspect that NN will make it to $60+ USD within 2 years. I don't expect similar stock price growth from any of the Europeans mentioned. Unless, NN gets a good offer from a faster grower (e.g. - a Nortel, Tellabs, or Lucent type of company), I'd personally prefer to see them do their own thing for the next few months at least.
