Glen: The Media and Mr Mcellan are "News Churning" to column fill.

ERICY and ALA do not need NN's permission to acquire an existing 10% stake in NN. They could do so on the open market with due notification. There is a small chance that they may however be willing to make a R&D cash Injection to be partly adjusted against a Sales agreement.

It will be worthwhile to note that the avearge P/E of TECH stocks on the NAZ has now risen to 100. It used to be that price was based on earnings; then earnings growth ; now it is based on revenue growth.

CS today sells for $22 with a forecast of 37c earnings. NN
should make atleast +60c which normally would result in a higher price. One may well ask why NN is so low relative to CS. The answer is that CS is rising from the ashes whilst NN is in descent mode.

NN needs to show that either the decent has been arrested and turned around and or either ALA/ERICY/SIEMENS/Major players have decided to participate in their funding etc.
