As a Citizen of the USA..One is always entitled to Appeal directly to the CEO of any Corporation directly and let them drop it down the chain of command..That is a much faster and sure fire way of getting the attention one deserves..In todays Corporate Structure every Executive is hiding behind some females "skirt"....... Spokeswoman' has become a National phenomenon and many of these employees..are downright "lethal". in the way they handle problems..It is their way or no way.. I spent 15 years with a Fortune 500 Corp. as a Mediator. At that time I often referred Clients to the office of the CEO..I never accepted the responsibility for the last word..I came through with a clear conscience. I wonder today if there is a conscience in this group?????
