I just picked up Monday's IBD to see how we stack up and here's the story: Earnings per share Strength - 19
Relative Price Strength - 99 (the highest)
Industry Group RS - A
Sales+Profit Margins+ROI - E (to be expected at this point)
Accumulation/Distribution - A

These ratings are very good. Many people pay particular attention to the RPS and A/D ratings and we shine there. ACTV is also the first company listed among the 91 Ups in the Earnings listings.

Art I agree the fundamentals are driving the stock but

Could you post your spreadsheet showing the estimates of revenues and earnings from the deals announced so far? I would find it useful to understand how ( and how large) this company will earn revenues. Feel free to make generous assumptions about take rates and revenue splits for the PPV J/V and Yeah Baby experiences.
Thanks in advance

Art, don't shag me, man! You know what fundamentals means! By "fundamentals", I mean - earnings NOW and revenues NOW. (I don't know what there book value, cash etc. is as I have not been following it very closely.) If cash becomes available to me, I might consider IATV short-term, based on visibility for the co. that seems to be increasing. We'll see. It's an interesting story imho. Phil, if I buy an option I will let YOU know, in case you want to buy more on the dip that's sure to follow. Ed - my last post here on the stock I asked for your opinion on: I know about the preferred and plan to look at the filing this weekend, but my position there is light and it is probably just a short term play for me which I do on occasion. Sounds like they might try to make there brandname ubiquitous and then maybe a big co. will take a stake in them if that happens but that's completely conjecture on my part. I don't believe they are the only ones with that compression technology. Potentially, a kind of a Real Network type story may be the hope of longterm holders there. jmho. Good weekend all.
