pezz... I can really relate to that story... not the house part but the up and down stock market part and being taken over by greed! And thats what it is, my man, greed, pure and simple! hehhe. Well, the only thing I'm worried about is the current housing market is red hot as you are no doubt aware. So I'm probably buying at the top... ah well, I need a place to live what can I say? Honestly I don't know why guys like you don't stay in real estate and avoid the stock market altogether, because RE is kind of clubby... and when you know building, you have an advantage that you never have in the markets.
