Well I got a E-Mail back from MR Alvardo last night and here is what he had to say.
1-I had asked about what they intended to do about the loss of concession revenue from the southeast railroad and he stated that they were looking to increase construction revenues to offset the divestiture of the railroad, he also stated that although concession revenue decreased interest expense and foreign exchange losses has also decreased more than 50% As a result of lower levels of financial debt derived from such divestitures.
2-Enron: GTR is currently working with Enron in order to evaluate some projects in Mexico and Latin America where they could work jointly.
The option Enron has for the end of Oct to convert its options will be extended for a additional six months considering the stock price and at this time they were working on the finance structure of such extension. He also mentioned the US78M dollar in back log corresponds to traditional public works which favorably affects cash flow for the company.
Hope this helps all longs !!!!!!! "

I hope so to.....Amadeo
