The Disk/Trend table in this month's Computer is likely from this report published last May.

One of these tables projects revenues by size but does not breakdown the drives by server vs desktop.

With price per MB dropping so severely and the over all revenues increasing, they project a huge the world wide demand for storage. The 16 million terabytes has to be more than e-mail. I wish we had a breakdown in products stored to help us see where the explosion will occur.
