BoB Howarth, I have given a lot of thought on your serious condition of recurrent, aggravated,recalcitrant to normal therapy means, Delusional Ideation status . I think that the next step is Group Therapy. I am going to recommend that you, Terrence Matthews, and Donald Trump begin ASAP group therapy. A few more may be added later to the group.
