>>Could I borrow and send 500 of those cheers to Crazy Canuk? <gg> While this nascent company is evolving as we all hoped it could and would, it is all for naught if their story isn't made well known to the investment community including retail markets. I don't think anyone would argue that Crazy ( what a name? <g> ) is largely responsible for that dissemination of facts and promotion of the potential here. I'm sure alan joins myself and others in conveying our thanks to you for some "nice" work Crazy.<<

Thank you for your tremendous compliment.

I am well aware that one of the distinct advantages I have over many of the other contributors to this thread is that I have the luxury of being able to invest full time. I don't have the pressures of another career to deal with. As a result, I can spend the time researching, digging, phoning, and then writing about the stocks that I like.

When I believe that I have stumbled onto a good stock, I want the world to know about it. Maybe its an ego thing or a repressed desire for attention <ggg>, but all I know is that I get intense pleasure in watching a scenario that I think is possible begin to unfold before my eyes.

I pride myself in an ability to recognize potential in a business concept. Maybe it was all the years working in business that helped me in this. But so far I have left the initial discovery of great little companies to others. Denise D, bless her heart, told me about Net Shepherd. Now I know that this stock has not taken off quite yet, but I am confident that it will! It is a great little company that seems to be doing all the right things.

I also like this thread as well because the people here are all great to talk to, and many of you have become my friends.

So, once again thanks for those kind words, and let's talk about cheering when this stock really starts to fly. Hopefully we won't have to wait too much longer.

Now, back to the writing of my WEB summary post.

Condor, you have done all of us a very thoughtful deed with your poignant accolade to Crazy Canuk.I am certain that there is
unanimity among us that CC's diligent and thorough research has enabled us to keep the faith and "stay the course" in this great
Company. While it is still early, it appears that WEB is ready to capture the broad investment interest of investors searching for
prime-movers in Internet-based community solutions and business intelligence. With this awareness should come increased
shareholder growth and much higher share prices.

I am attaching a brief article from "Perspectives", an on-line newsletter which features stocks that are showing good technical
potential:

Net Shepherd (WEB)
ASE
Stockscore - 66
Rating - Optimistic
Reference: netshepherd.com
- more than the story, I want to discuss the chart and this past week's
trading on Net Shepherd as it demonstrates the best situation to bottom
fish a stock. Stocks that are in steep downtrends often attract bargain
hunters, but it is difficult to know the best entry point. The simple
question is, when is the downtrend over and the uptrend beginning? To
help
answer this, go look at a chart of Net Shepherd. The stock broke the
downtrend on October 5th, but then went into a consolidation pattern for

about a month. What is important to note is that the consolidation was
higher than the most recent low, forming what is called a rising bottom.

For bargain hunters, look for stocks that are starting to trade bigger
volume and are making breaks from these rising bottoms. WEB did that on
Wednesday, closing at $3.20. It ended the week at $3.89 and looks like
it
can move toward teh $4.50 range in the near term.

Again to CC, we thank you for your infinite contribution in keeping us informed of the ongoing potential and developments of
this Company...I would think that the management crew at Net Shepherd is equally grateful for your diligent work.
