That, I understand, Doug. Thanks. I am of the opinion that a "good price" will buy enough shares to fight TM and the "right price" will buy enough shares to send him packing (if that's what he wants).

Don't kid yourself about a hostile takeover. They are so rare as to be almost non-existent in the high tech industry. The main asset that any high tech company has is the employees, particularly the top engineers. Replacing the people who have developed any technology doesn't usually work very well, has a long ramp, etc.

Nobody's going to make a hostile takeover bid for this company. TM and his cronies control too much stock to make that likely to succeed and it is too disruptive to the employees.
