Thanks for advice. I will forward it to TM and TheDonald. I predict (thus showing my delusions) that NN will decide that it must try to internally reorg, get the new products out, and get the stock price up. This will cause stock to drift back to 16 area, as owners because of takeover play bail out (I bailed when Maria B on CNBC dropped the bomb on Friday, definitely removing a good 5 years of my life in the process, as I had NO idea what price I would get). I think the directors are doing legal CYA since they (at least in USA) could be sued for not doing due diligence. I actually think NN needs to stay the course and not take a 25$ low-ball offer. I hope TM can convince the board to play it cool and wait for another quarter. I of course plan to buy this dip.

PS: IR guy at NN ought to work for a hedge fund!
