Donny, the below link I think is a good description for why we see the kinds mudshots you heap at NetZero. Fact is I've never seen any objective analysis from you on NetZero; only mudballs slung seemingly in order to support yours and others short position.

As of September 30, 1999, NZRO had 1,980,000 registered subscribers, only 1,020,000 of which were active during the month of September. The company has a market cap of $2.483 billion, which means that each registered subscriber is being valued at $1,254. Each of the actual users is being valued at $2,434.
