As I had said this summer, it seems that Russians are
fixing to take Grozny, before the end of the year, hell
or high water! There is something very strange about this
whole operation. The Chechen resistance is absent. Where are
50,000 trained Chechen fighers? There are two possiblities.
Either they are going to fight it out in Grozny, or else
they Chechen leadership has sold out to Russians. I am
watching how this tragedy is being played and so far all the
actors are Russians. Where are the Chechens, in Ingushtia?

I read on this thread all this nonsense about making Chechens look like a nation of kidnappers, coming from people who claim to know Chechnya? I wondered if they have been as far as Vladikavkaz, or maybe they just went
skiing if Gudauri? Some silly tourist is confuisng Chechens with "i Sardi" in Italy.
Most of the kidnapping in Chechnya was palnned and carried
out by the pro-Russian Chechens to dis-credit Chechens as
Criminals and gangesters. Typical Russians misinformation
machinery, to keep the press away from Chechnya so they can
do what they want. This is the reason that CNN is broadcasting from Moscow!
