Jeff what is the underlying basis for that prediction. I have done a little DD and I am not saying it wont but I do not see anything special here. a $4 million Private Placement of convertible preferred stock through Robb Peck McCooey Institutional Services, who acted as the placement agent for Entertainment Boulevard. $2 million has already been made available, and the additional $2 million is anticipated upon the effectiveness of the registration statement which will be filed by the company covering the underlying common shares. Thought that name rung a bell ... This is part of a clearing house. I am surprised you have not done the DD I did in five minutes. A clearing house is what broker/dealers use and they are in the business of making money. This is basically an MM IMO and they hold the convertible debenture. I'll pass. Maybe this MM will do good for the company I do not know. However, since Sept 8 all it has done is fallen off the $3.00 mark and maybe it is a buy and maybe it will fall further. I do not know but I do not like what I see personally. Do you have the conversion of the debenture or the amount of shares issued in preferred or the price at which this preffered was issued at. Just curious since it has fallen .50 since you brought it to me. 6 releases since Sept 8 and it spikes maybe 30 cents on a release and falls down. Not bashing it but I am trying to see why you are so high on it. Post me something tangible because the TA looks bad to me. :-) GB
