Jenna,Jenna Jenna... You have mortally wounded me with that E-mail.. How could you be so cruel? And to think I was going to ask you to come up for a visit at my Vacation home in Cocoa Beach.. I'm going to be there in a few weeks.. It would have been lovely, a quiet dinner on the veranda over looking my canal. Then maybe a moonlight cruise on my new St. Tropez.. But no, I guess that's out now.. All because you say I've never made any stock picks.. Tsk,Tsk,Tsk... I've made some.. Jenna, you are going way over the line here yourself. As another poster has noted, if you want to be way out in the public domain, then you are going to attract unwanted attention, spoofs, and the like. I understand that this most recent issue has been resolved, but it's going to happen again, all the more so if your track record is good over time. These are the times to behave professionally. One either calls one's legal representative or one ignores and proceeds. Above all, one must maintain a sense of humor and not take oneself and one's "untouchability" too desperately seriously; the road to hell is littered with those who have--viz. Elaine Garzarelli and Larry Kudlow, for a start.
