Sergio,

NANX: Having read the info. on the legal filings it appears that Nov. 15 and the month of Feb. 2000 will be important times for the co. Interesting that those involved in the class action were the perferred share holders that had converted to common stock. Not to sound nasty, but I don't have a lot of sympathy for perferred holders as they are generally the very rich, diluting shares and take advantage of those lesser common shareholders like me. LOL

Also interesting was the dismissal of parts of the filings by that class. Apparently the court is not in total sympathy with the perferred shareholders either.

As you know class action suits against companies are very common place now and have little effect on prices. Having been thru one myself I recall getting back less than 8 cents on the dollar for all of the trouble.

Ken

Sergio,

Another comfirmation on NANX:

quotes.barchart.com

Looks as if one just needs to pick the spot to be comfortable with. Just so there is no mis understanding here, as I know there a lot of folks that read these things.

NANX is not a 1 or 2 year hold for me. This is a TA and possible news related pop in the stock so don't feel bad if the thing goes back to 2 after the smoke is cleared...okay!

The stock needs to over 3 on some real good volume to move to the next level of 5...if 5 is broken then 7 is the next step up. I just want to make sure everyone is clear on what is going on here.
