A patent is a legal monopoly. I do not know of any hard-ball tactics Q has used at all comparable to those Microsoft is accused of using -- e.g., "punishing" companies who refuse to use CDMA on certain terms. And CDMA is very far from having the market share of wireless communications that Windows has on the desktop PC. Of course, what do I know? But I believe the comparisons between Q and Microsoft are way off base, at least so far.
