Anyone got a good prediction of when the NASDAQ's value surpasses the DOW? I'd say 2004-2005, barring recessions, nuclear attack, an earthquake in silicon valley, presidential assasinations, or y2k actualling having an effect. Oh I'd like to add Al Gore becoming president. He'll kill techs and create a new environment sector. If he wins look for environmental stocks. I'd also look for some good tech shorts. Though he did "invent the internet" he seems to be anti technology. He does like MSFT as he is going to visit them. Bill Gates is probably trying to get out of trouble.
