FLC vs. MDR

Harold:

Short-term, definitely MDR. Long-term, probably FLC.

JMHO, of course.

Harold S.:

IMO, since you asked for opinions:

MDR is a cesspool to steer clear of. Go with FLC, which performed with a degree of strength during the OSX foray into the 60's. The last time OSX saw 60's, FLC was hovering in the 8's.

Nine times out of ten when stocks plunge precipitously, they stay down or go lower. Sure there may be a dead cat, but the stock will subsequently meander back down. Yeah, yeah, 0.6BV and all that. VTS was the one out of ten exception, should not compare to MDR quagmire.

If you have a long term perspective, MDR should pay off for you, but it will take time for the MM's to forget. Why not jump on HAL, FLC, NE, etc. and enjoy the ride up.

Of course I could be wrong and look totally stupid, it would not be the first time.
