Just got my proxy statement for the 12/7/99 mtg. Proposals: 1. Name change to Pliant Systems, Inc. 2. Increase of authorized shares from 30M to 65M. 3. Increase company's equity compensation plane by 650k shares. 4. Ernst & Young LLP as auditors. Note: Pliant: def. Easily altered or modified to fit conditions; adaptable. The new name goes with the new product which is an access device with every imaginable protocol needed to sell to every telecom switch owner in the world.
