Hey Calladine: this seemingly informed poster. Can you ask
him from which American co they will buy that will give them
NN's ATM technology. Maybe I will invest in that one,

: )

TA

PS Make sure you post in caps so I'll be sure not to miss it.
The other option is to wait till it goews back tdown to 14
and put the other half of my cash since NN always biunces
off the bottom. ( I will take even a dead cat's bounce
Calladine if it will make a buck, GG.

A SEEMINGLY INFORMED POST FROM YAHOO
(FROM techtechtechtech)

You have it figured out. There is no doubt in my mind that big money is manipulating this stock and fools who rushed in last week will get killed soon. I talked to one guy
who works for Newbridge and he told me there is no way that the company will be sold. I asked him why, his answer -- there's a lot of reasons not the least of which is that
there is no buyer, but he told me that too many employees have large amounts of their salary in stock options and those options are under water by a large margin. The
takeover would have to be above $35 US just for these employees to break even. No one is going to buy Newbridge above $35 so it's not on. The other reasons have to
do with Matthews' stubborness, the company's many internal problems, the fact that potential suitors are more apt to buy an American based company etc. There are so
many reasons that were discussed that we both ended up laughing about it.

Best wishes,
Jim
