Im not talking Q, I'm talking any of the good stocks paying 7 or 8% a month for people who do not want the worry of the market. Hell GE was paying 4.5 % last month. geez! I met with an individual with about Five mill and he had just bought a shopping center and all the worry that goes with it. I ask him, couldn't you be happy with about $400,000 per month, he said damn right but where a I going to get that. I just laughed, it will change his life. We are meeting again next week. So a stock goes down and he only gets $300,000. Take the previous months $400,000 and buy more then receive more premium the next month. It's income with no Fica, Futa, Suta or Med care Tax. the KEY, stay away from what Wade Cook advises and buy quality. V
