Glen, I see now, that you did not quite understand what LONE is doing there - Let me try to explain :-) TK want a number of free trading shares which is more than LONE is allowed to issue without marking those shares restricted. The court in NY rules that LONE should issue those shares as free tradeable - Thus the ruling would make LONE violate SEC rules. Now LONE fight that ruling in Maryland naming SEC, in order for SEC to participate and take action against the NYC court decision. Got it now ? Kr Jens
