InfoStream.com--I have shorted some internets with questionable business models. I just closed a short of PPOD with some fine results. Some of the others are still Golden Girls and IMHO should be treated as such.
I wouldn't touch a Pokemon related short right now.
I don't think it will die until a replacement comes along. I have a nine year old nephew who travels with a binder loaded with the cards and kids come out of the woodwork to trade and talk those cards. He at this age views himself as a Pokemon trader for life, and all he wants for presents are the cards. They are a potent market force. However like most adults who have any contact with the stuff I hate it.
I would give a great deal to have my fingers on the throat of the inventor of the damned things. Since that is not likely I will bide my time. When my nephew is about 10 years older I will wait until he is with a girl friend and ask him if he remembers when all he seemed to be able to say was "Picachu!" Maybe by that time I will have shorted a pound of flesh out of the companies vending the stuff too.
All the Best
Druss
