12M shares out is nothing for a play of this size (they now have 13M tons of a resource). Management is very careful issuing shares. This isn't a paper play. Your post tends to lean that way and IMO tends to create the wrong impression. These guys are putting holes in the ground with the money they raise with the goal of creating shareholder value, not filling their pockets.
