EXL could have had an easy time resolving this dispute; but their arrogance only served to strengthen the resolve of RM and GME.

How much longer can EXL propagate this untenable standoff with the NSR time bomb ticking? I'm sure the EXL shareholders will be furious to find out that the growth of their company is being unduly hampered by abject mismanagement. All over a lousy 10% stake that they tried to "steal" from GME.

Settle and move on boys. Thanks god for diversification and internet stocks.

James, Gundy is giving EXL a turnaround type of action, paying ~$0.175 a share so far today. Beats the lows set last week. The TSE is doing well, can we expect a junior rally as we get closer to the end of the year?
