From what i've read there isn't one person at RB that knows anything about why the "e" was added to the symbol. The E stands for extension, it means they are already non-compliant and they have 30 days (till Dec 2 I think) to become compliant (not just their 10sb but their 10-q's and 10k's) or they won't be eligible to be quoted on the bulletin board anymore. and by the way.....the bulletin board is the pink sheets........when/if they get delisted from the BB it is a step down from the pink sheets or at best a lower pink sheet.
