Sue tobacco companies, then sue the makers of alcohol, then sue the makers of fatty foods, then sue ?

So tobacco is harmful and has been pointed out on the side of cigarette's since the early 60's. An average pack of cigarette's cost about 3 bucks or so. all but about .40cents is tax on each pack. The tobacco is harmful, so the government is suing......... yet the government still wants tobacco to keep operational because they need the tax dollars. Is this perplexing, or is it just me?

Your product is harmful and killing millions. But we still want you operational, because we need the tax dollars. So don't get upset if we you keep you operational to sue, tax, and kill people.

Is the US Government accountable for allowing a company to sell a product that is killing millions each day?
Did you know that Big-Tobacco kills a plane-full-of-hoosiers
each day? <a-very-perplexed-smile>
