Yes, this is an effective general working definition. It is important to apply it according to the specifics of each case. I think your reframing of the NN going forward scenario is a good bridging strategy which could bring the company back to a point where it can once again can be more congruent with the prevailing marketecture...which may be within a very different dynamic than the current structure. Extreme focus on short term goals and values tends to blind critics(and committed traders) to the huge volatile changes which we are currently living through along with the associated opportunities which are not linear to the micro movements of the market.
