I agree completely. That said, I would expect them to hang on as long as possible without doing it. Maybe after they get some GMR business lined up. Without GMR business, it is doubtful if they could make it out of an 11.

I was more than a little surprised that they were able to raise additional cash. If I were going to consider a several million dollar investment in APM, it would only be if all of the other creditors agreed to let me get in line in front of them.

Looks like a lot of cash has been used on R&D only to try and catch up with everyone else: and not sure it has happened.

All of that said, I hope it bounces some and gives those that still own it a chance to recoup something. Susan's buy at 3/8 looks pretty good right now: but it is all relative, unfortunately.

PS - my current favorite, SILI, has nearly doubled over the last 3 weeks. Had blowout numbers. Despite the runup, it is still cheap compared to other semi companies (trading at around 10 times FY2000 assuming no growth, which is unlikely). I hear that IBD will have a large, positive piece on them in the Monday edition in the New America section.
