Nice chart Bill. As you know- I keep an eye on the soldiers. The last 12 years history has shown that the generals can go to battle without the soldiers, and can suceed in a limited fashion.

The soldiers do not go to battle without the generals for long. From your chart- it appears that the soldiers are lagging, yet the generals are still attacking (DJI, QQQ).
