This is quite interesting: Pugs says: Kugler KNOWS Zapara sold stock to split . At AZNT he conspired with Charlie Kricfalusi to do this. Here's what Kugler actually said: There are a couple of deals in WHICH HE SOLD STOCK FOR COMPANIES, PROMISING TO SPLIT THE MONEY WITH THEM. Check out VHS Enterprises, and Amazon Treasures. Poor Charlie again. Charlie who wasn't even named in the AZNT/Mann complaint, and whose name wasn't mentioned even once in the September-October hearings. Charlie who only became the Great Satan after Josh Landish came on board as AZNT counsel in November 1998. Charlie, who was, according to Bob Quiel's court testimony in February, never anything more than a consultant to the company. But no doubt Pugs is convinced Mikey had nothing to do with any of this, right?
