Wayne, I think you forgot to look at the key words: "with our capital" <g>. It still costs a lot of money to go out and acquire something like BAY has. And when you acquire it, you have to raise money somewhere to explore it. Not easy raising money for anything at ground level in this market. It's much easier to raise $ for tech/internet though <g>. BAY looks good and so does JDX (not to mention MAN and EZM and CBD and SWG). I'm surprised that Claude decided to join the NUTS with JDX. Bruce
