Imo AGIL definitely belongs on the list, as does I2... Oracle is a player but diversified.

I'd dump pcorder and PPRO - just because I think they are second-tier.

Chemdex is a real wild-card. To say its a b2b play, then that means they are assuming these chemicals are going to be bought and sold in the b2b marketplace... but ariba (who chemdex is a partner) doesn't support the production line yet - only office supplies. How many chemicals do people buy to use as office supplies?? heh.
