Edwarda, I recommend you take 100 thousand milligrams of vitamin C immediately. Knocks the stuffing out of the cold in the early stages. At least for me.

Also, I've heard the Via Voice software works well with SI. It may be easier for you than typing.

I hope your arm feels better soon.
